Interpretation: Water the element of emotion is very well represented in this picture. The sea, fish and his head garment which almost looks like seaweed pulled out of the ocean. So he is draped in emotion, but he is also draped in passion, energy and action, represented by the red.

He has a calm demeanour about him, seems to balance the elements of emotion/fluidness with the energy and fire. It looks like he and the fish is having a conversation, he is accepting advice from the fish. But is he really serious or what ? Is it all a game to him, is he honestly connecting and communicating, or is it a play ?

Prediction: The coming time will be balanced between emotion and energy. Answers can be found looking in the subconscious, because there is peace. Ask with confidence, the questions you need to ask, even from sources you normally would consider unreliable. There is an answer, but don't be shallow. If you are going to dive into the water, go with strong intent looking for an answer. The universe does not reward the half hearted.
